The main focus of employment at NEIU's campus rec is to prepare students for working in the world outside of college. This is why last year a new hierarchal chain of command was developed. It allows room for advancement in the organization and adds responsibility and effort with every instructor.
It also allows the organization to grow and become more efficient. In pervious semesters, it was just the SSI in charge of all of
Neptune, both monitoring the children's progression and to manage the instructors. The leaders of all of the levels are in charge of moving children up or down between the levels and managing the kids, developing and addressing problems in each level to me. This allowed the SSI to focus on assessing instructors, the development of each level and overall function of Neptune. With this development, we have seen the instructor’s passion and drive improve as well as children progressing to the next level quicker.
